Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related problems.
• Set up user accounts, email, and system access.
• Perform routine system maintenance and software updates.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Support network, server, and security administration as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of IT support experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
