Job Overview:

Responsible for maintaining and meeting production schedule by supervising the production operations in the lines or area allocated.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a team of production
• Plan and establish production schedule (machine & headcount) to conform to the requirements of the master production schedule.
• Monitor material inventories, track progress of production and review factors that affect schedule.
• Meet all the manufacturing performance goals such as Quality, Cycle time, Material Wastage, Cost, On time delivery, work-in-progress and inventory control.
• Interface with Engineering, QA and other support function groups to help resolve line problems.
• To investigate QDN issued with root cause & corrective action, brief to line operator and ensure closure.
• Ensure all products manufactured meet the desired manufacturing specifications.
• Responsible for general administration, e.g. manpower status, attendance, leaves, discipline, control, etc.
• Ensure housekeeping and practice 5S at work station.
• To conduct pass over handshake at beginning and end of shift.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma in any discipline / STPM
• Min 2 years relevant working experience in semiconductor / Electronics manufacturing environment

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
