1. Maintain and repair electrical wiring, fix, panels, controls, and equipment assigned by superior from time to time.

2. Install electrical wiring, control, panels, and equipment with guidance from a competent person.

3. Check and replace fuse bulbs on a daily basis.

4. Maintenance of the emergency generator to ensure it is in working condition at all times.

5. Record all job completion and recommendations and follow up in the logbook and other forms as required.

6. Repair and maintain air handling units and fan coil units of the Hotel.

7. Take the electrical temperature, oil level, and other required readings from the chiller during shift takeover.

8. Daily routine inspection and recording of all required data assigned by the superior.

9. Service cooling coils, filter, motor, blowers, scroll housing of air handling, and fan coil units.

10. Attends to the emergency breakdown of plumbing and mechanical equipment.

11. Ensure that the Technicians start and stop the identified equipment such as heat pump, exhaust fan, air condition system, ventilation etc according to the time set.

12. Report immediately to the Maintenance Manager or Assistant Maintenance Manager of any M&E breakdown.

13. Assign to internal /external promotion technical projects by superior.

14. Perform repairs, maintenance, and installation of audio and video equipment and system.

15. Attend to repair and maintain freezers, refrigerators coolers, ice makers, and other equipment as may be required.

16. Study reading and other data collected daily and immediate steps should detect any

irregularities.

17. Repair and maintenance of other mechanical equipment as assigned by superiors from

time to time.

18. Responsible for the replacement and repair of bathroom accessories.

19. Install pipes and other plumbing fixtures and when required.

20. Progress on minor, carpentry, paintwork, arc welding, gas brazing through superior guidance and assignment.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
