Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
• Handle reservations, enquiries and phone calls professionally.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in hotel front office/customer service is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
