Full Time Procurement Officer Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in Nss It Solution Cyberjaya - Ricebowl

To support the Lead - Procurement in ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services, maintaining supplier relationships, and assisting in daily procurement operations in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Procurement Operations

• Assist with day-to-day procurement activities, including preparing and processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery.

2. Vendor & Contract Management

• Support in evaluating supplier performance (quality, cost, reliability).
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

3. Internal Coordination

Work closely with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.

Ensure procurement activities align with project timelines and requirements.

4. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
• Support the Lead - Procurement with administrative duties
• Support audits and ensure accurate documentation of procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
