Role Description This full-time Business Analyst / Data Analyst role at Evolia Thérapie is a hybrid position based in Singapore River, with flexibility for part of the work to be done from home. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business and operational data to produce actionable insights that support decision-making. Responsibilities include documenting business requirements, mapping and improving business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to refine workflows and solve business problems. The analyst will prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations, translating complex data into clear, concise findings and recommendations. Day-to-day tasks also include validating data accuracy, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency and business outcomes.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and solution evaluation.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of business process mapping, optimization, and documentation.
• Proficiency in defining and managing business requirements for systems, tools, and process improvements.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and basic understanding of healthcare or therapy-related industries is a plus.
