Position: Building Manager

Expected start date: July or August 2026

Location: Sg Besi

Requirements;

1. 3 years and above experience in managing a stratified building.

2. Property Management/Real Estate education background.

3. Knowledgeable in SMA 2013 Act 757.

4. Possess good communication skills.

5. Possesses good critical thinking skills.

6. Possesses good problem-solving skills.

7. Possess good leadership skills.

8. Possesses good management and administration skills.

9. Possess good computer skills.

JD;

1. To implement and enforce house rules & regulation to create a conducive living environment

2. To monitor and manage the operations of service providers (e.g., domestic cleaning, security services, pest control, lift maintenance, firefighting equipment, etc.

3. Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations

4. To administer service charge, sinking fund collection, and maintenance of building strata

5. To prepare & provide a daily/monthly report to the JMB/MC on the status of the condition of issues such as operational, financial, manpower, etc.

6. Must be familiar with the Strata Management Act 2013 (757), Strata Management Regulation 2015, Strata Management Tribunal 2015, and able to liaise with the local council

7. Must be able to comprehend building construction plans and drawings

8. Able to manage suppliers, control, and monitor facility budget.
