Responsibilities

Work Location: Menara Southpoint, Kuala Lumpur (Office-Based with Site Visits)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6:30pm
Contract Duration: 6 months (with extension based on performance and business needs)

Job Summary:

As an Operations Coordinator, you will support business expansion and operational projects by coordinating site evaluations, property-related activities, documentation, and project timelines. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational initiatives while maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. Ideal for individuals who are organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Scope:

  • Identify and evaluate potential locations to support business expansion
  • Conduct site visits and assess locations based on accessibility, suitability, and operational requirements
  • Coordinate property sourcing, lease renewals, and tenancy-related activities
  • Prepare site evaluation reports and support internal approval processes
  • Liaise with property owners, agents, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination
  • Monitor documentation, agreements, and project timelines to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain accurate records of property information, lease documents, and related data
  • Coordinate site readiness activities, including renovation, fit-out, and handover arrangements
  • Track project progress and provide administrative support for expansion activities
  • Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience is an advantage
  • Willing to travel for site visits when required
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with online maps or navigation tools is an added advantage
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: RM2,500
  • Statutory Benefits: EPF, SOCSO & EIS
  • Annual Leave: Pro-rated based on contract duration

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
