Responsibilities
Work Location: Menara Southpoint, Kuala Lumpur (Office-Based with Site Visits)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6:30pm
Contract Duration: 6 months (with extension based on performance and business needs)
Job Summary:
As an Operations Coordinator, you will support business expansion and operational projects by coordinating site evaluations, property-related activities, documentation, and project timelines. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational initiatives while maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. Ideal for individuals who are organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
