Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Stock Receiving & Handling

  • Receive, check, and arrange incoming stock in the warehouse
  • Ensure items are in good condition and match delivery documents
  • Organize stock properly for storage and easy retrieval

2. Order Preparation & Store Support

  • Pick, pack, and prepare stock for retail outlets and store replenishment
  • Handle daily stock transfer requests from physical stores
  • Ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time

3. Stock Movement & Inventory Control

  • Assist in updating stock movements between warehouse and outlets
  • Support inventory checks, stock count, and cycle count activities
  • Report any stock discrepancies or damages to supervisor

4. Returns & Damaged Goods Handling

  • Process returned items from retail stores
  • Check and record damaged or expired stock
  • Assist in proper segregation of returnable and non-returnable items

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with retail stores on stock availability and urgent requests
  • Liaise with warehouse team for smooth daily operations
  • Support communication for delivery and replenishment planning

6. General Warehouse Support

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse area
  • Support loading and unloading activities when required
  • Assist in any ad-hoc warehouse operational tasks

7. Order Fulfilment Support

  • Assist in picking and packing online orders during peak periods
  • Ensure items are correctly selected, packed, and labelled for delivery
  • Support timely order preparation for dispatch

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles (preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse/inventory software systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

  • Physically fit and able to handle stock movement and packing activities
  • Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work overtime during peak periods when required

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
