APM Automotive Modules Hiring! Full Time Executive, Production Engineering in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

What you'll be doing:

• Objective: Ensure an organization's products, services, and operational processes meet established customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliances. In addition, optimizing manufacturing processes, achieving production targets, and maintaining product quality while ensuring team safety and cost-efficiency.
• Key Accountabilities:
• Monitor daily production performance and ensure production schedules are achieved.
• Analyse and improve manufacturing processes, layouts, and workflows.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and cost-reduction activities.
• Prepare and update Process Flow Charts, Work Instructions, SOPs, Control Plans, and Skill Matrix records.
• Support new model launches, engineering changes, and production trials.
• Monitor manpower utilization and improve labour productivity.
• Ensure production operations comply with safety and quality requirements.
• Prepare Monthly Business Review reports on production performance, OEE, productivity, and improvement activities.
• Process Improvement
• Support continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, Lean, etc.).
• Conducting engineering analysis on equipment downtime and optimizing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Overseeing the procurement, modification, and maintenance of production machinery and tools.
• Prepare and update Process Flow Chart, Control Plan, One Point Standard, skill matrix charts and manpower on-job training record for new projects.
• Prepare and update Monthly Business Review report for OEE and Waste Walk, maintain legal compliance documents such as Business License, Bomba compliance documents, Safety compliance documents and act as safety coordinator in the factory.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing / Automotive Management
• Professional Experience:
• Preferable with Automotive Manufacturing working experience.
• 2-3 years of Manufacturing experience within automotive manufacturing
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems and documentation standards.
