Hi-P International Hiring! Full Time Process Quality Engineer in Kedah - Ricebowl

• Responsible in driving and improving Manufacturing Quality Metrics like LAR (Lot Acceptance Rate) LRR (Line Reject Rate), DPPM, CP/CPK, FPY (First Pass Yield) and CQM (Customer Quality Metric).
• Liaise with CQE on any quality issues and drive the internal team in order to provide good quality products to customers
• Developing and implementing quality standards and quality control systems, special for industry requirement, such as SPC.
• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance and quality yield
• Ensures products adhere to company and industry quality standards.
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
• Collaborating with operations managers or production supervisor to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Ensuring that workflows, processes and products comply with safety regulations.
• Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issue
• Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
• Developing corrective actions, solutions and improvement.
• Reviewing codes, specifications and processes.
• To carry out any other Duties and as required
• Support internal and external audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 if applicable)
• Ensure process documentation is up-to-date and followed
