International Ceramic Manufacturing Hub Sdn Bhd is a ceramic tile manufacturer based in Kluang, Johor, operating within the building materials and manufacturing sector. The company produces a diverse range of ceramic tile products and is actively strengthening its design capabilities to meet growing market and customer demands.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity and manufacturing — you will drive tile design from concept through to production, ensuring every pattern, texture, and colour meets both aesthetic and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design new ceramic tiles encompassing patterns, textures, and colour palettes
• Prepare and optimise design files for tile inkjet printing machines
• Ensure colour accuracy and consistency across all production runs
• Develop varied surface finishes and decorative effects
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure designs are manufacturable
• Monitor market trends and customer preferences to generate fresh design concepts
• Execute design revisions and adjustments during production trials
• Manage and fulfil custom design requests from clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Fine Art, Ceramic Studies, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CAD, or equivalent design software
• Experience with ceramic inkjet printing technology is a strong advantage
• Sound understanding of colour matching and colour control processes
• Knowledge of tile glazing and surface finishing techniques
• Familiarity with ceramic tile manufacturing processes end-to-end
• Creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative — comfortable working across teams
