Threcell Cooling Tower Hiring! Full Time Sales Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

What will you do?

• In charge of sales for existing and new clients (developers, consultants, contractors and dealers).
• Prepare quotations, tender submission, attend tender negotiations, follow up on project stage, and secure sales.
• Propose and advise on cooling tower selection and space planning to M&E consultant during design stage.
• Conduct product presentation to developer/M&E Consultant.
• Provide timely quotation to Developer/ACMV Contractor/Main Contractor/End Users.
• Travel to project site for site evaluation and technical support.
• Keep track on market info and upcoming project as well as cooling tower related potential business opportunity.
• Prepare sales report and job status for top management review.
• Update and maintain existing customers base and develop new customer base.
• Achieve sales target and ensure timely collection of payment.
• Explore the export market and establish presence or local dealers in the overseas market.

What we look for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience preferably within the M&E, HVAC or construction industry, will be an added advantage.
• Good command of English both oral and written
• Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to accept challenges and work in a fast-paced environment
• Independent and possess a good work attitude.
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and basic Autocad.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
