Haily Construction Hiring! Full Time Senior Site Engineer - Supervisor in Johor, Earn up to MYR 6,000 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Site Engineer or Supervisor to join our construction team for overseeing our residential buildings.

Working Location: Johor Bahru.

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Six Working Days)

Job description:

• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcon to facilitate effective communication and ensure project requirements are met.
• Lead, guide and train site supervisors to higher levels of competency and responsibility.
• Ensure the adherence to quality standards by monitoring processes and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Checking technical drawings to identify and address any discrepancies or potential issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Manage the submission of project documentation and secure approvals from clients / consultants to ensure seamless progress and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Material planning, including procurement and scheduling of items such as BRC, door frames, tiles, roof tiles, and so forth.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or construction related field.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in construction building.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with team members, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Able to handle clients, subcon and consultants.
• Supervising and inspecting site works to ensure quality and compliance.
• Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently, and outstanding leadership skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
