• Assist the Sales Team with daily administrative tasks.
• Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEO), proposals, and proforma invoices.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth event and guest arrangements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and filing.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email professionally.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in the hotel industry is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and a team player.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
