JOB SUMMARY:
Provide day-to-day accounting operation and bookkeeping transactions
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain bank balance information, petty cash records, cash book data entry
- Responsible on day-to-day cash collection and data entry of receipts in accounting system
- Administer the day-to-day accounts payable function and maintain appropriate records (including post trade & non-trade supplier invoices and prepare payment voucher)
- Process staff expense claims and ensure the claims are properly authorised
- Assist account assistant manager with overdue debtors
- Reconcile bank statement
- Prepare and record of monthly journals and schedule (i.e. prepayment, accruals, fixed assets)
- Perform day-to-day administration tasks i.e. filing, book keeping
REQUIREMENT:
- Diploma/Advance diploma in finance/accountancy (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)
- 1-2 years of working experience in related field

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
