Job Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare candidate profiles and submit qualified candidates to clients.
• Build and maintain a strong talent database.
• Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
• Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.
• Achieve monthly recruitment and placement targets.
• Keep recruitment records and candidate information updated in the system.
• Assist with other recruitment-related and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Recruitment or sales experience is an added advantage but not required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
