· Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.

· Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages.

· Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.

· Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.

· Document and report any discrepancies or damages to the relevant departments.

· Organize and maintain the storage areas to optimize space utilization.

· Implement a systematic arrangement for easy retrieval of items.

· Ensure that all items are properly labelled and stored according to safety guidelines.

· Fulfil internal & external requests for materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

· Coordinate with production and other departments to streamline the issuance process.

· Collaborate and communicate with quality control teams to ensure that materials meet specified standards and investigate problems, analyse root cause and define resolutions.

· Participate in periodic stock audits to assess the quality and shelf life of products.

· Provide regular updates on stock levels, shortages, and any potential issues.

Act as an enforcer of HACCP / GMP practices.

Requirement

·SPM/STPM, diploma holders or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

·Minimum 1 years or 2 years working experience in food or catering industry in advantages or proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role.

·Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.

·The role may require standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
