The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by providing technical support and

solutions to customers in the construction and machinery sectors. This role combines

technical knowledge with sales skills to promote products and services, address customer

needs, and build lasting relationships.

1. Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance to customers

regarding machinery and equipment. Conduct product demonstrations and

presentations to showcase capabilities and benefits.

2. Sales Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities through

market research and networking.Prepare and deliver sales proposals and

quotes based on customer requirements.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong

relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders. Respond to

customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

4. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and

market conditions.

Provide feedback to management regarding market needs and potential

product improvements.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and product development

teams to align customer needs with product offerings.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and

campaigns.

6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer

interactions, and market intelligence.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
