Job Description
Responsibilities
-Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
-Records purchases, maintains the database, performs a physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
-Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
-Processes and/or approves invoices for payment.
-Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
-Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
-Negotiating with international vendors.
-Review purchase orders to ensure their accuracy and completion.
-Responsible for cost estimation of purchase orders including labor and material costing.
-Coordinate the flow of materials and products via supply chain management.
- Generate Good Received (GR) and Purchase Invoice (PI)
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
