About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to oversee governance, planning, and execution of enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration programs. This role will be responsible for driving project controls, stakeholder alignment, delivery governance, and program execution across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield migration initiatives.

Job Description:

• Lead PMO governance and program management activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, reporting structures, KPIs, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
• Manage end-to-end project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, system integrators (SI), and external vendors.
• Oversee migration activities including data migration, testing (SIT, UAT), deployment readiness, and cutover planning.
• Drive Steering Committee meetings and provide regular status updates to executive leadership.
• Ensure delivery alignment with SAP Activate methodology across all project phases (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run). Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Monitor project financials and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budget.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project, Program, or PMO Management.
• Proven track record leading large-scale SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects.
• Strong understanding of: SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration / Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield implementation approaches / SAP Activate methodology / Data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment planning
• Experience managing complex, multi-vendor and System Integrator environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders

Pay: RM12,500.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
