About Us

Xsolla Curine Academy provides immersive, industry-focused programs using state-of-the-art classroom technology and high-specification workstation PCs. We are committed to teaching future-ready skills, blending traditional programming pillars with cutting-edge, AI-driven development workflows.

Job Description

We are seeking a forward-thinking, industry-experienced Programming Trainer who can deliver an advanced, AI-embedded programming curriculum. The ideal trainer won’t just teach standard coding syntax; they will teach students how to build games natively alongside modern AI tools and logic.

You will guide learners in leveraging AI to optimize coding efficiency, while teaching them how to implement AI systems within modern game engines (Unreal Engine 5 or Unity).

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, in-person training modules that seamlessly merge core game programming with AI workflows.
  • Teach practical implementations of AI in gaming, such as smart NPC behavior, dynamic pathfinding, or generative asset pipelines.
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting, architectural advice, and code reviews during hands-on lab hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Strong mastery of game development programming (C++ / Unreal Engine or C# / Unity).
  • AI Integration: Deep familiarity with integrating AI tools into development workflows (AI-assisted coding, prompt-to-pipeline automation, or machine learning frameworks).
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of professional game programming or software engineering experience. Shipped titles or published AI/gaming projects are highly valued.
  • Communication: Ability to teach complex algorithms, data structures, and AI logic to varying learner levels.

What We Offer

  • Elite Tools: Teach on high-spec, premium hardware with zero tech friction.
  • Scheduling Flexibility: Project-based blocks that seamlessly blend with your freelance schedule or active industry work.
