岗位职责
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Demonstrated expertise in virtualisation and containerisation technologies (e.g., Azure Container Apps, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience supporting global hosting operations and implementing infrastructure solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain core infrastructure platforms, including Windows Server OS, VMware, Veeam backup.
- Knowledge of cloud networking and security principles, including Azure services and Zero Trust Architectures.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), SCOM, SolarWinds, and Citrix Cloud.
- Experience working with hybrid cloud environments and Infrastructure as Code.
- Exposure to RedHat Linux, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Certificate Management (PKI), AWS Route 53 and Office 365.
- Understanding of SD-WAN, LAN/WIFI, and video conferencing technologies.
- Acknowledgement of non-traditional pathways and openness to candidates with transferable skills from related fields.
