Job Summary
The Project Engineer supports the execution of engineering projects by coordinating project activities, preparing project documentation, liaising with customers and suppliers, and assisting with project follow-up. The role also provides basic technical support to ensure projects are completed smoothly, on time, and in accordance with customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating project activities and monitoring project schedules.
- Support the sales team with order processing and project administration.
- Follow up with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on project-related matters.
- Coordinate equipment deliveries, site activities, and project documentation.
- Prepare, maintain, and update project records, reports, and filing systems.
- Assist in preparing and revising technical drawings and project documentation.
- Support the preparation and submission of technical documents and drawings.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on project progress, delivery schedules, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, including China-based suppliers, on project-related matters.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in engineering, project coordination, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Ability to generate, update, and revise AutoCAD drawings will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as a team.
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
