is seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our esteemed team. We are looking for an individual with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment for all.


About the Role:

As a Concierge at Prosegur Singapore, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, embodying the professionalism and efficiency that our company is known for. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone who interacts with our facility. This role is crucial in upholding our reputation for excellence and providing a high level of support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, managing the reception area efficiently.
  • Inquiry Handling: Respond to a wide range of inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and directing individuals to the appropriate resources.
  • Visitor Management: Register visitors, issue passes, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Assistance and Support: Provide general assistance to clients and staff, which may include directing visitors, managing mail and deliveries, and coordinating meeting room bookings.
  • Maintaining a Welcoming Environment: Ensure the reception area and common spaces are tidy, presentable, and conducive to a professional atmosphere.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to requests.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve minor issues or escalate complex problems to the relevant management team promptly.
  • Adherence to Procedures: Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to security and customer service.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or concierge-related role is required.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • A professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing needs.


Work Schedule and Location:

  • Working Days: 5 days a week.
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12-hour shift).
  • Location: Expo
