About the Role
We are looking for an ACMV 2D Drafter to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate M&E drawings and supporting the project team with drafting coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare ACMV / M&E drawings, including shop drawings, schematic drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Use AutoCAD to produce and update accurate 2D drawings based on project requirements, site conditions, mark-ups, and design changes.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, architects, and other trades to ensure drawings are accurate and properly coordinated.
• Assist in preparing and submitting drawings for consultant, client, or authority approval.
• Maintain proper drawing records, revisions, documentation, and filing.
• Support the project and site teams with drafting works, drawing updates, and basic project-related paperwork when required.
• Ensure all drawings are clear, accurate, and in compliance with project specifications, local codes, and company standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in M&E / ACMV drafting.
• Proficient in 2D AutoCAD.
• Familiar with ACMV layout, M&E services coordination, and construction drawings.
• Good understanding of local building codes, project specifications, and M&E standards.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work within deadlines.
• Able to coordinate well with project teams and other stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,600.00 per month
