What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and optimize high-performance trading systems using C++, Rust, and Python.
- Work closely with traders and quantitative researchers to build low-latency trading infrastructure.
- Lead technical initiatives while mentoring a small, exceptionally talented engineering team.
- Own projects across the full software development lifecycle.
- Improve trading infrastructure, market data systems, and exchange connectivity.
- Drive engineering best practices in performance, reliability, and system design.
What We're Looking For
- Strong expertise in C++ with experience in Rust and Python.
- Proven background building high-performance trading systems within HFT, proprietary trading, or electronic markets.
- Deep understanding of market data, exchanges, and trading infrastructure.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and distributed systems knowledge.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and influence technical direction.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
