Role Description

This role is designated for our Singapore branch collaborating with NUS. You will work at NUS or work from home in hybrid mode.

This part-time hybrid role, based in Singapore with some remote work options, is for a Business Development Manager specializing in prospecting and sales pitching. The individual will be responsible for identifying ideal customers profile, building relationships with industry stakeholders, facilitating partnerships across global markets, and maintaining a pipeline of prospects. The role requires a proactive and methodical approach to networking and collaboration to drive business growth and expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, partnership building, and referral management
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with the Retail, Hospitality, Enterprise, Automotive, Cosmetic, or Electronic industry
• Proficiency in outreach strategies and using CRM tools to manage prospects
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Understanding of global markets and cross-cultural communication is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proven ability to analyze target markets and identify high-value opportunities

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
