Bakery Staff:

• Gross Salary: From $2,500, depending on experience
• Salary package is based on role responsibilities and operational working requirements

Details:

• Working Days: 6 days/week
• Cuisine: Italian/Western

Locations:

• Downtown MRT
• Shenton Way MRT
• Marina Bay MRT

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
• Monitor baking processes to ensure optimal texture, color, and taste of the baked goods
• Kneading, cutting, shaping of the doughs
• To assist in baking preparation and maintenance of kitchen cleanliness
• Maintain food safety standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the baking area
• Adhere to compliances with food hygiene standards and operating procedures
• Washing and cleaning of utensils and equipment

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in the F&B industry
• Experience in baking Italian breads is an added advantage
• Must have an interest or passion for baking and food
• Food-oriented and willing to learn new baking techniques and recipes
• Basic knowledge of food and ingredients
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
