Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate our custody solutions of crypto-assets in depth to the clients, including both UI-based and API-based products.
  • Participate in discovery and sales meetings with fintech companies, dApp developers, DeFi protocols, and NFT platforms to identify prospects and their business requirements.
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address client requirements, assess clients’ met and unmet needs, and promote viable solutions for clients accordingly.
  • Understand the products of our own and competitors well, and contribute to product improvement with insights gained from the clients.
  • Smooth clients’ onboarding experience. Act as a contact point for the clients’ engineering team. Provide co-author tutorials with the product team when necessary.


Job Requirements

  • Fresh Graduates or recent graduates with under 2 years of full-time work experience.
  • Graduates from diverse backgrounds are welcomed, candidates with a degree in an IT-related field will be advantageous.
  • Ability to develop an in-depth knowledge of our technical products, and to present the advantages and competitiveness of the products (e.g. safety, convenience) in a way that is understandable to non-technical clients.
  • Good listener who can capture clients’ needs.
  • Enthusiastic about blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, DeFi, and the NFT landscape.
  • Dedicated, hardworking, and consistently self-disciplined.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and communication abilities.
  • Proactive self-starter, adept at navigating ambiguous and high-pressure situations.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.


Nice To Haves

  • An engineering background from college or previous work.
  • Good knowledge and strong interest in Blockchain, Crypto-currency, and Defi.
