Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and address their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist in managing administrative tasks related to customer service

Requirements

• No formal education certificate needed
• Able to converse, read, and write fluently in both English and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in engaging with customers face-to-face
• Basic computer skills for administrative tasks
• Good problem-solving skills (preferred but not mandatory)
