Job Description

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, internal transfers, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job advertisement posting, candidate sourcing and screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
  • Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, liaise with MOM, and coordinate employee accommodation arrangements where required.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, insurance matters, medical claims, and ensure employee information is accurately maintained within the HRIS.
  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records to ensure compliance with company policies and payroll requirements.
  • Support performance management initiatives, including appraisal cycles and employee development discussions.
  • Assist in employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and counselling support in accordance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate learning and development programmes to support employee growth and organizational objectives.
  • Organise company events, employee engagement activities, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices by identifying, monitoring, and mitigating potential compliance risks.
  • Support HR digitalisation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Info-Tech HRMS will be an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
  • Willing to work on a 5-day work week schedule.
  • Working location: Tuas.
