Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s finance and administrative functions by organizing and documenting systems, policies, and auditing processes to ensure operational efficiency
• Handle full sets of company accounts (AP, AR, GL), including monthly accounts submission.
• Perform reconciliation (bank, inter-company accounts, accounts receivable)
• Monitor AR ageing report and follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
• Engage with bankers to manage required services and financing arrangements effectively
• Liaise with auditors and tax consultants to fulfill financial and tax reporting requirements and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with the company secretary to comply with Companies Act requirements and related government regulations
• Admin records update and filing
• Monthly update of loan and creating GIRO transactions
• Daily update of instalment payments and follow up the overdue loan.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ACCA/CPA or equivalent are welcome.
• Experience in Hire Purchase and Block Discount.
• 5 years of relevant experience in accountant role.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to leasing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and is a strong team player.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
