Hiring: Payroll Specialist | Singapore (12-Month Contract)

We're looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join one of our leading multinational clients in Singapore on a 12-month contractual basis.

If you have hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing, Singapore statutory compliance, and payroll operations, we'd love to hear from you!

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including main and off-cycle payroll
• Review payroll outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Perform payroll reconciliations and prepare payroll reports
• Handle statutory submissions such as CPF, IR21, and other payroll compliance requirements
• Manage employee lifecycle payroll activities, including final pay, leave encashment, and separation payments
• Respond to employee payroll enquiries and collaborate with HR and Finance teams
• Support payroll system enhancements, testing, and continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll legislation and statutory requirements
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end payroll processing
• Experience with SAP Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
