Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Handle full merchandising cycle: product development, sampling, costing, negotiation, production follow-up & shipment
Assist in communication with the factory in Guangdong & Vietnam to support order management
Help monitor factory production and new project schedules in Guangdong & Vietnam with frequently visits
Prepare and submit monthly forecast uploads accurately and on time
Support Logistics tasks, including ordering and shipment schedule
Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
University graduate with good English & Mandarin
1-2 years of experience in merchandiser or NPD management is preferred
Experience in the plastic products / the marker pen industry is a plus
Knowledge of production line and order management processes
Able to work independently, proactively, Self-motivated, well organized, hard working and eager to learn
Willing to travel to Guangdong & Vietnam per month
Business level of proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Office applications especially in Excel
Work location: Shatin
