Job Description
We are a growing company with operations in Hong Kong and Guangzhou. To support our continued expansion, we are seeking a hands-on and proactive Human Resources & Administration Manager to join our Hong Kong office.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, salary review, and employee relations across Hong Kong and China operations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to support business growth in Hong Kong and coordinate with Guangzhou office where needed
Lead and supervise junior HR staff, ensuring efficient daily HR operations and service delivery.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies in compliance with Hong Kong employment ordinances
Provide practical HR advice to management on day-to-day people matters
Manage office administration functions including but not limited to vendor management, office supplies, and general workplace operations
Support company events, staff engagement initiatives, and cross-office coordination
Maintain proper employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR and administration, preferably in a growing or multi-location company
Hands-on, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR best practices
Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with different stakeholders
Proactive, detail-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Occasional travel to China is required
Immediate availability is highly preferred
