Following expansion of our business, we invite applications for the following position at our Head Office:
Job Duties:
Process company invoicing, billing, payment processing, follow up on overdue invoices.
Maintain and update personnel records and verify employee data.
Process and manage various employee leave applications.
Follow up on and handle documentation related to sick leave, work-related injuries, and employees' compensation insurance.
Input attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, payroll, and leave balances.
Manage the procurement and ordering of office supplies.
Perform general office administrative duties to support daily operations.
Employment Terms:
Monthly salary : $15,000
Year end bonus subject to company's performance
5-day work week, Mon-Fri *************, off on Sat, Sun and PH
Work location : Fortress Hill (3 mins walk from MTR)
Bank holidays
Other fringe benefits in accordance with HK Labour Law
Minimal OT required, fit for candidates seeking for work life balance
Candidate's Requirements:
Secondary school graduate or above
Good knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Law, MPF regulations, and payroll compliance
3 years or above related experience
Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility with good attendance record
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Stable with good communication skills
Middle-aged candidates are mostly welcome
Immediately available or with short notice
