Role Introduction

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into functional and system requirements, and align with solution design.
• Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to refine requirements and ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop, configure, and implement system components based on approved designs, leveraging modern development practices and tools.
• Incorporate AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar) to improve coding efficiency, solution quality, and delivery speed where applicable.
• Perform unit and system testing, identify and fix defects, and provide full support during UAT cycles to ensure solution readiness.
• Apply automation and AI-supported testing approaches where feasible to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, integration details, and operational guidelines to ensure maintainability.
• Support deployment and release management activities, ensuring smooth rollout and minimal business disruption.
• Provide ongoing application support, including performance tuning, issue resolution, and routine maintenance to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, including AI/automation capabilities, to enhance solution effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2.5 years of full stack development with modern web apps (frontend + backend).
• Frontend Skills: Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks like Vue, React or Angular.
• Backend Skills: Proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and Java, RESTful APIs, and databases (MS SQL, MariaDB, Redis).
• Strong experience with GitHub Copilot Ai coding assistance.
• Good knowledge of JWT, access tokens, and authentication sessions. Working or conceptual knowledge of OpenID Connect (OIDC) / OAuth 2.0. Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Provider (IdP).
• Experience with large-scale systems – you understand scalability, security, and clean architecture.
• Problem-solving mindset – you thrive on debugging complex issues and optimizing performance.
• Familiarity with Microservices (Docker, Node.js, NoSQL) or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Passion for UX/UI best practices – you care about intuitive, responsive design.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines or testing frameworks.
