Key Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate certification of payment to Trade Contractors
• Prepare tender documents and tender proposal
• Attend site meeting and site valuation
• Prepare contract administration work, monitor cost estimation and project cost control
• Maintain control of project drawings and records
• Close final account with clients and trade contractors
• Oversee procurement process to ensure compliance with design specification and budget plan and assist in cost analysis.

• Able to work independently
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Team player yet self-confident and motivated individual
• Familiar with pre and post contract management
• Computer literate

Job Requirements

• Possess Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Building
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the construction industry
• Malaysia Citizen only
