Role Description

The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Mont Kiara. This role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating internal teams and external partners, defining project scopes, managing resources, and tracking progress against milestones. The Project Manager will facilitate meetings, manage risks and issues, maintain clear documentation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. This role also involves optimizing workflows, supporting continuous improvement in project processes, and ensuring that each project aligns with client objectives and the agency’s creative vision.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor deliverables, resolve bottlenecks, and keep projects on track.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review outputs, enforce quality standards, and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle resource allocation, timelines, and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in project management, business, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience in creative, marketing, or agency environments, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, is highly valued.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and a collaborative working style.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software, and the ability to adapt to evolving processes and client needs.
