HL Design Group Hiring! Full Time ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER (BIM) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

HL Design Group is an award-winning international design studio practising architecture, master planning, interior design, and environmental signage.

With our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, our multidisciplinary team is seeking a Architectural Designer (BIM) who is well-rounded in project management, design & capable of working in BIM.

Responsibilities: 

• To undertake design, presentation, and 3D drawings
• To attend project meetings with client and consultants
• To assist the Project Leader to establish a project programme based on the Client’s requirements
• Prepare and lead schematic design, detailed design, and documentation across all project stages.
• Prepare and involve in drafting of all necessary documentation, including authority submission drawings, tender drawings, and construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements
• To ensure constructability of the designs and adequacy of detail drawings
• To ensure all drawings and documents are checked and verified before issuance
• To assist the Project Leader in establishing authority requirements for each project
• To ensure quality service and good relations with clients are maintained at all times
• Prepare and manage BIM models using Revit, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Coordinate and maintain BIM workflows, conduct quality checks on BIM outputs and draft technical documentation as required.
• Support BIM-related processes and ensure models reflect all technical and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture or equivalent
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 3-8 years experience are encouraged to apply
• Should have aptitude and experience in high rise and mixed developments
• Committed, independent and diligent
• Proficiency in Revit would be an advantage, proficiency in AutoCAD, knowledge of Sketchup is required
• Familiar with graphic presentation software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Mature and self motivated to achieve targets and deadlines
• Good communication and creative presentation skills in English
