Job Description

Responsibilities

Order Assistant

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Studies / International Trade / Accounts / Logistic
  • 1 - 2 years experience in ERP Purchasing or order processing, handling export shipments, logistics
  • Proficient in MS office (Words & Excel)
  • Good written English and communication skills
  • Fresh graduates who are willing to learn on the job are encourage to apply

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all customer order are processed and cleared daily.
  • To follow up on customer complaints and enquiries regarding orders and deliveries.
  • To follow up on pending orders and housekeeping.
  • To ensure completeness of chopped/signed Delivery Order returned from customer via courier company and own van.
  • To issue documents for stocks taken as samples.
  • To ensure submission of the Poison Item list to KKM.
  • To compile monthly customer list for poison items and sign by Quality Assurance Manager before filing report.
  • Responsible for handling Key Account orders.
  • Responsible for handling Quotation for tender orders, Bumi Agent, Hospital and Pharmacy (to prepare, reply and follow up).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
