We consist of a dedicated and experienced pediatrician and support nurses working as a team to provide comprehensive care.

You may join as a clinic assistant, no experience required as training and advancement will be provided!

Traits required

- Friendly and able to converse well

- Willing to learn, training provided

Work experience

- Preferred clinic work experience prior however not compulsary

Education

- Minimum SPM level qualification

Job scope and Responsibilities

Basic

- Welcoming patients and managing registration into clinic system

- Assisting in growth parameter measurements, during doctors consultation of patients, procedures.

- Dispensing of medications and general measures explanations.

- Answering enquiries via messaging / call.

- Managing appointment system for patients .

- Cleaning, maintenance and disinfection of clinic environment.

Advanced

- Managing medications stocks.

- Assisting in follow ups of patients via messaging and social media platforms.

Working hours

- flexible shift working hours

- Weekday either (8.30AM - 3PM) or evening shift (3PM - 9PM)

- Weekend either Saturday or Sunday (9AM - 3PM)

+EPF, SOSCOS covered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
