Cafe Manager – Hulu Cafe, Putra Heights

Hulu Cafe – a hidden gem in Putra Heights known for its cozy ambiance, handcrafted matcha, artisanal desserts, and welcoming vibes – is looking for a dynamic Cafe Manager to lead our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

* Oversee daily café operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

* Lead, motivate, and train team members to deliver exceptional hospitality.

* Maintain high standards of food & beverage quality, cleanliness, and presentation.

* Manage stock, ordering, suppliers, and cost control.

* Drive sales, customer engagement, and creative café promotions.

* Handle scheduling, rostering, and staff performance management.

* Monitor financial performance (sales, costs, profitability) and report to management.

* Uphold Hulu Cafe’s brand identity – blending great taste, artistry, and warm service.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Cafe Manager / Supervisor (F\&B background preferred).

* Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

* Customer-focused mindset with passion for service excellence.

* Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

* Knowledge of café operations (POS, cash handling, inventory, etc.).

* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

* Creativity and passion for coffee, matcha, and artisanal desserts.
