Letitu is a Korea-based global EdTech company developing AI-powered student assessment, career exploration, education technology platforms, and STEM education programmes.
TeXphere is Letitu’s Malaysia business hub located in Cyberjaya. We deliver Robotics, Coding, AI Coding, and STEM education programmes while collaborating with schools, partners, government-related organisations, and international teams across multiple countries.
This role is part of the HQ CEO Office team (Korea) but will be physically based at TeXphere, Cyberjaya, Malaysia, working closely with both HQ and Malaysia operations.
This is a hybrid business + digital role (not purely admin, not purely developer).

Key Responsibilities
1. CEO Office & Business Operations Support
- Support HQ CEO Office in daily operations and project coordination
- Manage schedules, meetings, documentation, and follow-ups
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and internal reports
- Coordinate between Korea HQ, Malaysia team, and global partners
- Support business development, proposals, and partnerships
2. International Coordination
- Communicate with teams across Korea, Malaysia, US, Nepal, and other regions
- Follow up with developers, partners, and external stakeholders
- Ensure tasks are clearly documented and executed
3. Website Development & Maintenance
- Build and maintain simple websites and landing pages
- Update content, images, and programme information
- Handle basic front-end tasks and troubleshooting
- Support internal tools, forms, and digital assets
4. Digital Badge Operations
- Manage digital badge issuance systems and workflows
- Maintain student/programme/certificate data accuracy
- Ensure proper tracking and documentation
- Improve badge processes and templates
5. TeXphere Malaysia Business Support
- Support programmes, workshops, events, and partnerships
- Assist with Open Days, school collaborations, and marketing materials
- Update website pages and digital forms
- Support reporting and operational improvements
6. Documentation & Digital Tools
- Manage documents, proposals, reports, and trackers
- Use Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, Figma, AI tools
- Support ad-hoc business and digital tasks
Requirements
- Malaysian citizen
- Full-time availability
- Strong English communication skills
- Minimum 3 years development experience
- Ability to build/maintain simple websites
- Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Able to manage both business and technical tasks
- Proactive and independent working style
Preferred Skills
- Korean language is a strong advantage
- Experience with international / Korean companies
- EdTech / STEM / AI education background
- WordPress / Webflow / Framer / Wix
- Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, Slack
- Canva / Figma
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Badge / certificate / student system experience
- Willingness to travel to Korea
Salary
- From RM3,500/month
