Location: Seremban – Port Klang

Salary: RM3,500 – RM6,000

Position: Site Supervisor

Join one of Malaysia's major railway infrastructure projects and be part of a team delivering critical rail rehabilitation and upgrading works across the Klang Valley Double Track Phase 2 (KVDT 2) project.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site toolbox meetings.
• Execute site works according to Construction Manager's instructions.
• Supervise both direct workforce and subcontractor activities.
• Monitor and supervise all site works including:
• Railway Track Works
• Drainage Works
• Culvert Works
• Fencing Works
• Ground Treatment & Infrastructure Works
• Prepare and maintain daily site diaries and reports.
• Monitor site machinery and equipment under your custody.
• Coordinate site materials and workforce efficiently.
• Ensure quality, productivity, and compliance with project requirements.
• Carry out track setting out, geometry checks, and clearance inspections.
• Ensure contractors have adequate and competent resources on-site.
• Adhere to Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) requirements and company policies.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in railway construction projects.

Experience in:

• Railway Track Infrastructure Projects
• KTMB Railway Projects (advantage)
• Rail Rehabilitation or Maintenance Projects

Previous PICOW experience will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Certificate in Engineering or equivalent.
• KTMB Permanent Way Inspector (PWI) Certificate is preferred.
