Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sales reports for roadshows, home fairs, and special events.
• Generate detailed monthly sales analysis reports for management review.
• Coordinate packing and arrangement of goods, accessories, and promotional materials for roadshows and fairs.
• Key in and update daily sales data accurately into the system.
• Prepare sales commission calculations for Field Force staff, part-timers, and promoters/shooters.
• Verify quotations submitted by contractors and event vendors.
• Prepare payment vouchers and coordinate payments to contractors and suppliers.
• Act as liaison between Field Force and Logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of sales orders during events.
• Handle petty cash transactions, claims, and reimbursement records.
• Coordinate with Procurement Department for issuance of Purchase Orders and supplier submissions.
• Monitor and reconcile stock balances after home fairs and roadshows to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Submit daily sales updates for fairs and roadshows to management.
• Create and manage WhatsApp groups for event coordination and communication.
• Liaise with organizers, contractors, and external parties for special events and corporate collaborations.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of working experience in event coordination, sales administration, or retail support.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure during events and roadshows.
• Willing to travel and work on weekends/public holidays when required.
