Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to support and oversee our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the retail store.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adequate staffing across all branches.
• Support recruitment, training, and supervision of retail staff.
• Plan schedules and delegate tasks effectively to team members.
• Motivate and guide the team to achieve performance and sales targets.
• Ensure shopkeepers and riders are well-trained and comply with company SOPs and policies.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock tracking.
• Analyse sales data and trends to meet business targets.
• Prepare reports related to sales performance and operations.
• Assist the Retail Manager with budgeting and financial-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, inventory, and sales.
• Prepare departmental reports and manage staff scheduling.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, including performance reviews and reward systems.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties and special projects assigned by top management.
