Lotus Essential Hiring! Full Time Shipping Assistant in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,700 - Ricebowl

• Coordinating shipping and logistics activities, including arranging vessel shipment and cargo delivery schedule, monitor delivery schedules and tracking cargo movement.
• Handle import shipments, documentation, customs clearance, vessel tracking and monitor movement.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading, customs K1 declaration form, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and other relevant forms.
• Liaising with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs authorities, 3PL suppliers and and internal warehouse team to ensure smooth import and warehouse operation
• Supporting customs clearance processes and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, trade requirements and company procedure.
• Review and evaluate 3rd party logistic supplier performance, shipping quotation, freight charges, and logistics-related invoices to support costs control.
• Maintaining accurate shipment records and related administrative documentation.
• Handling shipment related issues including cargo delivery delays, cargo discrepancies and coordinating corrective actions.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in shipping, logistics, import/export, or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, customs clearance, and import/export procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work in Kajang, Selangor.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
