Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to internal staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and business applications; maintain and update the IT asset inventory.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and software licensing across business systems and applications.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user account provisioning, access control, and system configuration.
• Support IT administrative functions, including procurement, vendor coordination, and maintenance contract management, while documenting IT procedures, tracking support tickets, and providing technical guidance to improve user adoption and system usage.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 applications, and basic networking.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and user support skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
